The shading is actually nice.
I'd suggest a bit of work on the lines - clean and smooth. And do try to play around with the hair a bit and see what works better for ye. But other than this it's a good effort. n-n

Thanks.. its hard coloring with a touchpad @.@ and the lines were scanned in from paper. Hair should flow with the dress.. -pokes it- Thanks though ^^;
