Thank you ^^ heh its an 8.5x11 pic but to make it not gigantic I shrunk it after scanning in. That smoothes it out a bit heh. Fresh markers always help too xD

This is really nice - seems like a different style than yer usual stuff. It's a nice change!
Not that yer other stuff isn't good; it's just cool to see variety.
The pinkie (?) on the left hand is a little wonky, but I absolutely love the little buggy things - they and particularly the highlights on the bottom one came out really nice and smooth. And I love the consistency of the grass, except for the bit by his legs; try for softer and less pronouncedly spiky and regular.
The shading on the face is nice, though - you're getting better. ^_^

The bugs are Hum-Bees .. I did a bigger thing of them earlier ^^' Heh.. Of the grass I did the spikes mostly for spaceholding -sweatdrop- I don't usually put up the book art, not anymore, but this is one for an upcoming book ^^ And yes the outfit I tried for more complexity as she's supposed to be older (though her height is barely more than 5 foot lol). I used almost all the colors of one specific set of earthtones from prisma to color as well
