Purple would work better if you're going for a "gangster" look...but on the basis of personal preference and taste, I think I prefer the copper so far.

One of my characters (Linn) is more the gangster type, but she wears a skirt and not pants.. I had her in the purple vest with a black skirt (still have to find a way to draw her..all the other pictures of that outfit look wretched)
